some liner notes from the (original) announcement (CAN CAN, prod. no 9):
"idea caused by a skinhead-graffiti: ich bin stolz ein deutscher zu sein/I'm proud to be a German. 12 years of pride and a lot of tortures for the others. the music on this tape is a transformation of words (speech by general Seeckt) into sounds. each letter correspondends to one tone. a lot of work to program the sequencers. but disappointing results. once, J. Cage used this method..."
